Do I need a card to start?
Yes — a card up front is required. There is no free tier or card-free trial. Eligible new accounts get full access immediately, but Stripe does not make the first charge until day 14. Cancel before then and pay nothing. After subscribing, you can request a full refund of the most recent paid subscription invoice within 30 days.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. Cancel from your billing portal at any time. You keep access until the end of your billing period.
Why is Specky more expensive than point solutions?
Because it connects the work between them — evidence, decisions, specs, tickets, and outcomes — instead of adding another isolated destination. Your team keeps its existing tools and gets a clearer reviewable workflow around them.
Do you support enterprise procurement?
The public plans are Solo, Growth, and Scale. Contact sales for security review materials, procurement questions, and requirements that need a separate commercial agreement. We will confirm what is available before committing to it.
Do I need to replace my existing tools?
No. Specky connects to Slack, Jira, Gong, Linear, and more via OAuth. Your team keeps their tools — Specky is the intelligence layer on top.
